The shaftless conveyor is the ideal solution for transporting and dispensing sludge or mud from centrifuges, compactors and mixers. The shaftless design provides the opportunity to transport viscose and thick materials without worrying about it clogging up the shaft. It also allows the conveyor to work when it is 100% full, which makes the conveyor much more efficient. And the simplicity saves both space and money.
The shaftless screw was designed for transporting sludge in the water residues sector. Due to its efficiency, it was later adapted for other sectors.
